Who we are
Paul O'Loughlin - Director MRIAI
Paul qualified in 1978 with a Diploma in Architect and degree is Architectural Science from Trinity College. He has also qualified as a Conservation and Heritage Architect. Having worked with Gilroy McMahon and Delany McVeigh & Pike he commenced private practice in 1987. He has wide experience in both commercial and residential developments and has specialised in building remodelling and conservation schemes.
Paul works closely with his clients and concentrates on building a detailed understanding of their requirements with a view to presenting the most satisfactory architectural solutions. Design quality is a primary motivator at all times. He believes that issues of energy conservation and sustainability are essential elements of the design process.
Sam Fleming Prof Dip BA(hons)Arch
With a keen eye for design and 3D work Sam works closely with clients to deliver tailor made projects from initial design & feasibility through to planning, construction and completion.

Most recently Sam has worked on the JLR Refurbishment and extension and several house extensions in the Dublin & Wicklow area.
​
Before joining POL+A Sam gained experience from working for architectural practices in Cork, Dublin, London (UK) and Vancouver (Canada) thus enabling him to bring that variety and experience into each project. He has been involved in Healthcare, Educational and Commercial projects along with Residential schemes and House extensions.
