When the sketch design is completed we prepare planning drawings for pre-planning consultation and planning application purposes. We have longstanding experience in dealing with the regulatory process and local authority planning departments. We aim to successfully obtain all the permits required, ensuring that projects are brought to the construction phase as quickly as possible.
