Extension and internal alteration of a dwelling at Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin. Our brief was to extend and fully redevelop an existing house, adjusting it to the current needs of the family. The idea was to provide openness, flexibility and a strong connection with the garden. We added 51 sq m giving a total house area of 242 sq m.
